I'd have to say Dustox, Beautyfly, and Wurmple.
Why?
Beautyfly if a rip off of Butterfree, with pretty much the same abilities except Butterfree is more BAMF.
And Dustox because well it's as weak as Beautyfly and it's kinda ugly. In which in resembles a Moth.
And Wurmple because it can turn into TWO DIFFERENT POKEMON! It's totally random I was trying to get a Beautyfly in Ruby and is turned into a Cascoon. (I think, haven't played Ruby in years.) I wa like WTF MAN?! So I gave up on the Beautyfly.

I'm gonna have to say wobuffet.  It's a pokemon that forces you to use a set movelist and that's, for lack of a better word, crapty imo. 

You have no idea what kind of hell Wobuffet can bring you.

Shuckle is actually an awesome tank Pokemon with the highest Sp. Def and Def. However, I will agree it is kind of ugly...
The Pokemon I hate most is Lance's Dragonites! They are so annoying so I just healed over and over and beat them with Lugia using extrasensory. Each one of his 3 probably cost me around 20,000 Pokedollars. The rest of the elite four was super easy though. (I'm talking about Soul Silver)

Zubat-Annoying
Golbat-Super Annoying
Any Poison type-Getting poisoned gets on my nerves..

Kakuna-Useless

Bug pokemon are awesome! Like my favorite, Ledian! But you are right, some do look terrible.

I hate quite a bit of pokemon. I hate all first evolution bug pokemon, almost all grass pokemon that aren't starters, I can't stand any pokemon that poisons me, and there are more but I don't feel like going on.

yes but Shuckle has terrible attack, speed and hp you can probably take it down with a strong surf or similar move.
