Apparently neither did mario. And the DK most people know now, is Donkey Kong Jr. I'm Fairly sure DK Snr. died at the end of the game.

On DK, I really liked DK 64, but I never finished it 'cuz it was my friend's game. I liked the super nintendo one too, where you play a lot as Diddy Kong. And Dixie Kong's probably my fave.


I love dogs and cats! I just find cats are smarter (CAN learn tricks but don't usually fall for stupid rewards like dogs can, can find their way home very easily, etc), yet more eccentric and independent and I love it. My cats always spend a lot of time with me--to say they aren't as affectionate is untrue. You just have to earn the affection and trust more than you do with dogs, where its more like instant gratification and naivety. (That might be why many like dogs more, or the size of the dogs might be it.) I own both dogs and cats though.

It's in the games manual from when it was ported to consoles, in the manual it says DK was mistreated.
