Ehh Fortree doesn't really promote flying...it just has a flying gym in it lol. It seems more nature-like and better suited for grass types and such. Now a city thats really dedicated to flying types would be Mistralton City. It has an airport, planes, a flying gym, and an awesome runway! :P

Fushia (red/blue). The safari zone is right there, and there would be a lot of people and pokemon to meet.

Cinnabar Island for me.  I love fire pokemon and the idea of living by an active volcano is pretty sweet.
