Nemisis is on the upper most patio of the Great Clenser, and Felix just sent him to find a place to sleep while he talks with the giant turtle.

Just so ya know kitty, it won't physically attack you. It's army will, worry about them.  8)

;_; Hey, anyone here ever plauyed Paper Mario, THousand Year Door? Well, if you did, and you finished it, you would HAVE to remember the part where Francessca asked/forced Frankie to say I love you 100 times. The game makers are such trolls, that you have to click through ALL 100 "I Love You" speech bubbles, and can't do anything until he's done.

For those of you who are inside the Cleanser, you will see Sacred Swordsmen walking the corridors everywhere. They wont attack you unless you prove hostile. And just so you know if Felix offers to make your soul into one, it's a great honor. Being turned into a Sacred Swordsmen is the highest reward for loyalty.

It does. The worst part is, it's ABSOLUTELY neccissary to continue the game. There's another time where the makers were such trolls, that you had to go through EACH world all over again to look for a guy, and you end up finding him in the exact same place you started!
