Well lets be real here, in some shape or form, SOPA will be passed. Online piracy is illegal, and they're going to do something about it. We just need to hope its not this particular bill. Its not a work against stopping the act, its against changing it to be more reasonable.

I've actually met my congressman, and the man is an idiot. He literally said to me that he trusts in whatever decisions the President makes, regardless if that means doing something unconstitutional. Wish me luck on convincing this guy...

I have to say the first theme for the original series will always be my favorite, but some close seconds would have to be the Advanced Battle theme as well as the second season theme. You know... "We all live, in a Pokemon World.." ... that one was good. Also, I think Battle Frontier's theme was kind of bad but then it caught on to me after a while. The new themes, however, are just terrible.

Jerry's right, trading is the obvious answer here. Plus, I'm fairly certain the PU team will have some sort of insured system for trading to make sure no one gets screwed. But with all the talk of multi-accounting, I'm wondering if simply having an alternate character or account will be okay? I mean I always thought if cross-character interaction occurs, then that calls for a ban.

hehe didn't mean any offense by it, just giving some input on what I thought vexture meant. I like the story and logo

I could say why the logo is as it is, but that would be a major spoiler. Well I mean that's kind of obvious, especially given what a trinity is and the information provided above. I think Vexture was referring to an actual "trinity" symbol rather than having the T, possibly something like: But that's just my take on it, I could be wrong.

You know, I watched it a few times and I'll admit Brock sounds more...rougher, but it definitely caught me off guard when I first heard it. Can't say I'm a fan but I see your point. It's kind of funny because in the games, Brock never expressed any interest in being a breeder, and Misty never appeared to have any sisters. Their characters, along with "Red's", if Ash is even worthy of that name, were totally changed and mixed around. I know why, it adds depth and personality to them, but still, the game incarnations of Brock and Misty seemed pretty content as gym leaders. And yeah, Oak is just annoying. The same guy who plays him plays James now, and the problem is it's highly noticeable, like on a ridiculous level. I don't know, I don't have much interest in watching it anymore anyway because I'd just watch the subbed version if I did, but even so, it's kind of sad to see what the English versions have become. Especially when the original series was probably one of the only English subbed shows out there that wasn't dreadful.

Heh, did you watch it long enough to hear Brock's new voice actor? Sounds like hes got throat cancer. Its no wonder hes not in Black and White, he sounded beyond terrible.

Well actually, she played him in Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn ... it wasn't until Battle Frontier that she was let go, and then Sarah Natochenny played him in Sinnoh and now Unova. I'll admit Veronica definitely made him sound over-dramatic at times but you'll notice she subtly changed his voice throughout the first season to get it right. To be honest, he just sounds ridiculous in the new one. That clip I posted of him catching Tepig is far more dramatic than anything Veronica ever did.

You know whats sad? I was watching an interview with the original voice actor of Ash, Veronica Taylor, and she said that she didn't leave on her own, they let her go. She said she misses playing Ash very much, and she cries a little whenever her daughter watches Pokemon. That like...broke my heart lol ... but still sad

shin21: I'm referring to the English dub if that's what you checked.
And to everyone else, well, fair enough. Pokemon is probably the only anime I intentionally would watch in English, simply because it was what I watched as a child, so it seemed only natural to watch it in English when checking out the latest season. All other animes I just watched subbed.

So I haven't watched Pokemon the anime in a very long time, but I recently got a glimpse at Black and White and my god... whats up with the voices? Ash, Oak, James, even Meowth, they all sound terrible! The animation itself has seriously improved and the story isn't so bad considering its aimed directly at kids, but the voices are horrid. I couldn't take anyone serious!

I think PU could get really big when released, but we always have to remember to be greatful. No complaining about delays or bugs, because the developers are making it out of the fun and enjoyment No money to be made, and they take the risk of getting shut down, if not already handled. Just sayin', if I see any complainers, they gon' get slapped.

lol it's cool, and you're probably right. I agree with what you said about the checkpoint though too, but then again that may just mean being teleported to the nearest PokeCenter. Depending on how big the Miryus region is, it may not be that big a deal if you die and have to walk or run back to where you were. Maybe there could even be travel guides in some towns that will safely transport you to the next town over for some money.
