scyhter is maybe faster than scizor but scizor has a good defense and attack it pwns scyther with his abilitiy:technician swordsdance and bulletpunch or easier with aerial ace...lol

back on topic: charmander is a most favorit i think.

Empoleon is SUPER slow, and water steel is one of the worst type combinations. Personally, I'm going with Chikorita, because nobody's chosen it and it turns into a beast Meganium.

I'll probably go with Torchic because Blaziken is a BAMF, but it's going to be a hard choice between Torchic, Mudkip, and Turtwig.  Being able to find them all in game will make it a tad easier assuming I remember correctly that you can do that.

Who is turtwig? Exactly, I have no friggin clue. Btw, I voted Charmander. Balbasaur would've been my pick but his evolution just looks plain ugly.

Im still not sure who im gonna choose but my fav from each gen are:
Charmander
Chikorita
Treecko/Mudkip
dont like the last gen

i will probably choose treecko but mabye mudkip.

WAIT I think that most people will choose a fire type starter it might make it harder so i might go with totodile.
