Time change, and weather change. Note on weather, Utopia always experiences clear weather, so any other weather that is not clear only affects the underlands. The area under utopia is in it's huge shadow, so that place means no rain and very little sun depending on the time of day.

@Ayara, they all are the same for now. I'm going to see how you guys interpret the areas yourselves. If some areas are left out, I will put something for you guys. In fact, if you go and read soem of the monster profiles I will put later, I will have where they are located, and how many travel around at once, so you guys can have that as a reference.

@darkstar- yeah, that makes sense, but the lady will be a reappearing character, until I decide, or until you catch her.

On your post Jimmy. I see very OP. Think of a limit. I suggest this, you cant attack anything during a time freeze due to accelerated molecules. And you cant teleport things away, you can take them with you if you want, it needs to be in contact at all times until the teleport is complete. Just a suggestion.
