Welcome to PU, Likeapro. I'd say, "Read the rules and faqs, blah, blah, blah".
But, it seems like you have already done that. So, hope you have fun around here. Any questions, feel free to ask. Any suggestions or ideas, head over to the suggestions area and let us know.

Unfortunately, under no circumstances will legendaries be permanently in the possession of any player. Because of this, the balancing team are not taking them into account, menaing that they'd be even more overpowered than usual (I think, stat calcs are not my strong point)
Yes. If, at any point in time, legendaries are used in-game and are controllable by the players, then they will be balanced to suit the situation and nothing more. Thus, their abilities and stats would, most likely, be extremely overpowered in comparison to the rest of the 'mons.

Merged this with the Wifi topic. I haven't started breeding in Black and White yet, but once I have, I will let you know what Pokemon I have available for trade.
thanks. Wasn't sure if it was to make a new one and make it current or continue an old topic. =/
Umm... nothing yet.. =/ Any poke you need for a particular reason?
EDIT: Nevermind, someone just traded me a Tepig from GTS.
My biggest want is a Jolly Scolipede. Like I said, I haven't begun to breed yet, so I haven't been able to breed one for myself. And as of right now, I'm thinking about restarting. I am unsatisfied with my starter choice (Oshawatt, I was hoping it would prove useful once I used it. I was wrong.) and would rather try out Tepig. If I do that, I'll hope to have some early 'mons that people wouldn't mind trading for. (Unbreed of course.) I really should start breeding again... It was always my specialty.

This, definitely. I've loved it since I first drew it (From a pack). Not to mention, I've always been a fan of white decks. Usually White Weenie, which doesn't see much use out of this. But, I digress. This is the art from the Wizards of the Coast card, Emeria, the Sky Ruin.

You get a Q. why? Because.
10/10 Because I was there when it happened. And, as a mouse (apparently), I enjoy cheese.

Idk about Gyardos and Salamance just coming in and sweeping. I refuse to use any form of entry hazard and I have no problem dealing with sweepers.
There is a reason that Salamence was barred to Ubers for a period of time before Black and White came out. It was because, even with Stealth Rock, it could bring you back from a 1-6 to a 1-0. It was that powerful. If you're not having a problem with them, it's most likely a testament to the skill of the other player. Not the Pokemon itself.

It's as Pidgey said. Spikes and Toxic spikes can't be set up instantaneously and usually require a dedicated 'mon or team to work well with. At the very least, your core defensive group has to be built around it. However, Stealth Rock could, can, and usually is thrown on to practically any 'mon that can take a hit, stay in for a turn (Or is your lead) and learn it. (RE: Everything, really.)
So, removing Stealth Rock will greatly increase playability of certain Pokemon. Most notably a certain Fire / Flying starter everyone is fond of. However, other Pokemon such as Salamence will be getting a nerf because of this. The reason being: Salamence, Gyarados and friends, without Stealth Rock, can switch in relatively unhindered and proceed to sweep. That would be counter productive to balancing.
In the end, we're making quite a few changes to, hopefully, make it more fun for everyone. And my job is to make sure that it's still fun for any competitive players amongst us. (Don't worry, I like competitive battling just as much as you do.)

A color Type, Heavy type, Glass Type? Just random ideas.
Also, more eeveelousions, why were there none in Gen 5?
Heavy type gave me an idea, though Glass and Color seem like they would be awkward to implement unless further expanded upon. And, though I was looking forward to more eeveelutions, they need something for Gen VI, don't they? On to Heavy types, though. There is a lot of play on a Pokemon's weight in B/W. It's really interesting to me, as a balancer, to note how all of the different aspects of Pokemon are starting to take shape in battling. In future battles, possibly Gen VI, I'd like to see reference to a Pokemon's height or number of body parts usable in moves. Digressing, Heavy gave me an idea for a type. I thought, "That wouldn't work, we already have steel. And Pidgey, along with quite a few other people, think that Steel is too dominating." But then I thought, "What if we had a type that did little to change the metagame, but shot down the dominating types of Steel and Dragon? The few I've heard tossed around elsewhere were Sound, Wood, Lunar and Solar. Out of all those, though I'm not really interested in seeing any new types, would be Sound, Solar and Lunar. Sound could be an interesting new type to deal SE damage against Normal and Ghost types, whereas Solar and Lunar could be argued for the Steel and Dragon advantage respectively. (Solar, directing the power of the sun similar to fire could be SE against Steel, while Lunar would harness more mystical powers and... well, I'm sure I could come up with a reason for it to be SE against Dragon.) (End note: I never want to see generic "Light" as a type, and it will never happen. Key point, in Japanese. Dark is considered "Evil" while Fighting is "Pure and Honorable". Therefore, that explains why Fighting is super effective against Dark. Even then, Dark was only introduced to be SE against Psychic, the overpowered type in Gen I.) TL;DR, cool story guys, keep up the speculation. I like to read.
